This Is Not Traditional Portrait Photography.
My work is intentional.
Experience-driven.
Rooted in presence.
I take on a limited number of commissioned stories each month — usually four — so that each woman I work with receives depth, attention, and space.
This is not about showing up and smiling for the camera.
It is about being seen — in transition, in motherhood, in becoming.
This is not something done quickly. It is shaped, slowly and deliberately, together. Before we ever meet, we begin listening for the tone of your story — through conversation, visual references, light, texture, and feeling. We are not recreating images; we are forming a shared language. Every choice — wardrobe, colour palette, location, atmosphere — is considered in service of what wants to be expressed.
The final work may take the form of a series of images, a short film, or a single frame that carries the weight of everything. It is never about how much is produced, but how true it feels. The sessions themselves are unhurried and intentional. There is direction, but there is also space — and a quiet invitation for you to arrive honestly.
This work asks for trust. It asks for presence. It asks for a willingness to be seen without performance. I accept only a small number of commissioned pieces each month so that every story receives the depth and care it deserves. If you are seeking traditional portraits, this may not feel aligned. But if you are drawn to creating something enduring — something art-led and deeply personal — then we may be.
